Little Horton Lane between Chester Street and Prince’s Way closed permanently from 0700 Thursday 11 April.
Bus stops Little Horton Lane G2 23555, Little Horton Lane G3 23556 and Little Horton Lane G4 23557 will no longer be used.
Services will divert via Manchester Road, Senior Way and Croft Street to access Nelson Street.
