• From Liverpool One Bus Station will be as normal route to Georges Dock Gates, then via New Quay, King Edward Street, Leeds Street, Vauxhall Street, Boundary Street, Blackstone Street, Regent Road, then as normal route to Sandhills Merseyrail Station/Sandhills Lane. (Omits Saint Nicholas Place, Princes Parade, William Jessop Way, Waterloo Road and a section of Regent Road).
Alternative bus stop: Liverpool One Bus Station, stand 4 and Regent Road, near Wellington Dock.

• From Sandhills Merseyrail Station/Sandhills Lane will be as normal route to Regent Road, then via Blackstone Street, Great Howard Street, King Edward Street, New Quay, Georges Dock Gates, then as normal route to Liverpool One Bus Station. (Omits a section of Regent Road, Waterloo Road, William Jessop Way, Princes Parade and Saint Nicholas Place.
