Liverpool Road will be closed at the junction with Robins Island (A59 Northway) from Monday 24 November 2025 for approximately 4 weeks.

Service 31 (journeys serving Robbins Island)
• From Maghull Station will operate as normal route to Lambshear Lane then right onto Liverpool Road and resume normal route to Maghull Station (Omits Robbins Island and a section of Liverpool Road).
Alternative bus stops: Lambshear Lane, near Liverpool Road and Liverpool Road, near Kenyons Lane.

Service 31A (excluding journeys that operate via Moss Lane to Liverpool Road)
• From Maghull Station will operate as normal route to Lambshear Lane, then via Liverpool Road, Kenyons Lane to Coronation Road and resume normal route to Maghull Station (Omits Robbins Island and a section of Liverpool Road).
Alternative bus stops: Lambshear Lane, near Liverpool Road and Coronation Road, near Byron Road.
