Sportcity Velopark Metrolink Stop (Stop F)

Due to heavy congestion in Rusholme, causing lengthy delays to the 41 and 53 bus services, they will be diverting from 7pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings until end of service. This will be in place until further notice.

53 bus services will be diverting via Dickenson Road, Anson Road, Upper Brook Street, Upper Brook Street East and Booth Street West. Passengers are advised to visit the bus operator's website for live bus information.

From Monday 16 to Friday 20 May between the hours of 7pm and 6am, resurfacing works will take place on Trafford Road in a northbound direction. During this time, service 53 and 79 will be on diversion.

Salford Shopping Centre to Cheetham Hill:
Normal route.

Cheetham Hill to Salford Shopping Centre:
The service will take its normal route to White City Circle, (Omitting Trafford Road, The Quays and Broadway) and divert via Bridgewater Way, Mancunian Way, Regent Road and Albion Way to resume normal route.

Customers should board/alight on Chester Road or Cross Lane.

From 8pm on Monday 23 until 6am on Tuesday 24 May, Church Street in Pendleton will be closed. There will be no direct access to Hankinson Way during the times of the closure and a small diversion around Pendleton roundabout back towards Hankinson Way will be signed on the night.
