Newton le Willows, opposite Parkside Road

Goldborne Dale Road will be closed between Newton Road and Warrington Road from Tuesday 7 April 2026 for approximately 3 nights, between 2200 and 0500 each night.

• From Wigan Bus Station will operate as normal to Bridge Street, then via East Lancashire Road, Haydock Island, Lodge Lane, Ashton Road, High Street to Church Street, then as normal route to Newton-le-Willows Station (omitting Warrington Road, Goldborne Dale Road and Southworth Road).
This service will call at Bridge Street, Summercroft Close.
• From Newton-le-Willows Station will operate as normal to Mill Lane, then via Church Street, High Street, Ashton Road, Lodge Lane, Haydock Island, East Lancashire Road to Bridge Street, then as normal route to Wigan Bus Station (omitting Southworth Road, Goldborne Dale Road and Warrington Road).
This service will call at Newton-le-Willows Station, Stop - A and Bridge Street, Park Road.
