• From Birkenhead Bus Station will be as normal route via Claughton Road, then continue via Claughton Road, Park Road South, Park Road West, Egerton Road, then as normal route to Prenton/Holmlands Estate. (Omits Exmouth Street, Oxton Road, Balls Road, and Palm Grove).
Alternative bus stop: Claughton Road/Catherine Street/stop B and Egerton Street/Manor Hill.

• From Prenton/Holmlands Estate will be as normal route to Park Road West, then via Park Road South, Claughton Road, Exmouth Street, then as normal route to Birkenhead Bus Station/Woodside Interchange. (Omits Palm Grove, Balls Road, Oxton Road and a section of Exmouth Street).
Alternative bus stop: Egerton Street/Manor Hill.
