Mount Pleasant will be closed in both directions from the junction of Brownlow Hill to the junction of Mount Pleasant on Friday 26th December 2025 until Thursday 15th January 2026. The closure is expected to be in place for 21 days.

From Student Village Greenbank as normal to Brownlow Hill, continue along Brownlow and terminate service at the bus stop situated adjacent to Mount Pleasant (bus stop no. 42053B) (omitting Mount Pleasant)
From Liverpool University these journeys will commence service from Mount Pleasant (bus stop no. 42053B), then continue along Brownlow Hill, then via Clarence Street, Mount Pleasant to Oxford Street and resume normal route to Student Village Greenbank (omitting a section of Mount Pleasant).
This service will call at the existing stops on Brownlow Hill, near Chatham Street, and Oxford Street, near Mount Pleasant.
