(Omits a section of London Street, Lord Street and Eastbank Street).
Alternative bus stop: Sussex Road, near Hall Street and St James Street, near Southbank Road.

• From Birkdale/Carr Lane will be as normal route to St James Street, then via Virginia Street, Forest Road, Rose Hill, St Lukes Road, Sussex Road, Church Street, Hoghton Street, then as normal route to Southport, Russell Road. (Omits Eastbank Street and Lord Street and a section of London Street).
