Attercliffe Woodbourn Road To City

From Saturday 8 August until Monday 31 August 2026

All Tram routes are operating an amended service due to planned network improvement works.

Blue route: Will operate as two separate services, running between:
Malin Bridge and Cathedral / Halfway and Sheffield Station.

Purple route: Will operate Sheffield Station to Herdings Park.

Yellow route: Will operate as two separate services, running between:
Middlewood and Cathedral / Meadowhall and Woodbourn Road.

Tram Train route: Will operate Woodbourn Road to Parkgate.

Tram replacement buses will run as follows:

BP1: Will operate between Cathedral and Granville Road
YE1 and TT1: Will operate between Cathedral and Woodbourn Road (Services subject to diversion on Saturday 8 August due to planned road closures)

From 2100 until end of service on Monday 24 August 2026.

Blue and Purple route services will be suspended between Shalesmoor and Gleadless Townend/Herdings Park.

Yellow route services will be suspended between Shalesmoor and Woodbourn Road

Replacement bus services will operate between Shalesmoor and Herdings Park, and Woodbourn Road during this period, providing connections with tram services at Shalesmoor, Woodbourn Road and Gleadless Townend.

These temporary changes are required to enable the early completion of the current engineering works near Fitzalan Square.
