Church Road will be closed Westbound from Netherton Way to Hawthorne Road from Monday 3 November 2025 for approximately 3 nights, between 2100 and 0600 each night.

• From Bootle Bus Station will operate as normal route to Menai Road, then via Park Lane to Orrell Lane, then resume normal route to Aintree Station. (Omits Watts Lane, Harris Drive, Kirkstone Road South, Church Road and Netherton Way).
Alternative bus stops: Menai Road, Orrell Road and Orrell Lane, Trinity Park.
• From Aintree Station will operate as normal route to Orrell Lane, then via Park Lane to Menai Road, then resume normal route to Bootle Bus Station. (Omits Netherton Way, Church Road, Kirkstone Road South, Harris Drive and Watts Lane).
Alternative bus stops: Orrell Lane, Bailey Drive and Menai Road, Watts Lane.
