Bus services serving Higher Road will be diverted to serve Wood Road in both directions from Wednesday 07 January 2026 until further notice. Torrington Road will also be closed from 15 January for 4 weeks

• From Belle Vale will operate as normal route to Higher Road, then via Wood Road, Leathers Lane to Hillingden Avenue, then resume normal route to Belle Vale (Omitting a section Higher Road and a section of Leathers Lane).
Alternative bus stops: Higher Road, opposite Blackburne Drive and Halewood Shopping Centre.
