X3 - Doncaster, Frenchgate Interchange - Sheffield Interchange

Sheffield road will be closed from its junction with Westgate to its eastern kerb line of A6178 Old Sheffield Road.

Services will diver as follows

Sheffield bound traffic via Westgate, Canklow Road and A6178 Old Sheffield Road.

Rotherham bound traffic via A6178 Old Sheffield Road, Canklow Road, Alma Road, Moorgate Street, and Ship Hill.

Passengers are advised to use stops on the diversion route.

Resurfacing works will be taking place across Sheffield Road/Westgate/Main Street during the night alongside the existing Sheffield Road closures.

Services will divert as follows

Service 73
Rotherham bound traffic via A6178 Old Sheffield Road, Canklow Road, Alma Road, Moorgate Street, and Ship Hill.
Sheffield bound Drummond Street, Wharncliffe Street, Doncaster Road, Wellgate, Hollowgate, Alma Road and Canklow Road

Service X3 will divert between Rotherham Interchange and Ickles Roundabout via Centenary Way, College Road Bridge Street

Services 136,137 and 138 will divert via bridge street College Road, Midland Road and Kimberworth Road in both directions
