Manchester St Peter's Square (Stop SD)

The annual Madonna Del Rosario procession will take place in the city centre on Sunday 5 July. Road closures will be in place to allow the parade to take place safely. As a result, between 1pm and 4.30pm, bus services will operate to a diversion route and may be delayed.

Towards Manchester, services will terminate at Stop WB on John Dalton Street. Travelling away from Manchester, services will start from Stop NA on Deansgate outside Barton Arcade before resuming normal route on Bridge Street. Buses will depart on a load and go basis.

Towards East Didsbury, services will divert via Deansgate, Whitworth Street West and Whitworth Street. Towards MediaCityUK, services will divert via Whitworth Street West, Deansgate, Liverpool Road, Water Street and Trinity Way.

Towards Leigh/Atherton, services will divert via Whitworth Street West, Deansgate, Liverpool Road, Water Street, Trinity Way and Chapel Street. Towards MRI, services will divert via Deansgate, Whitworth Street West, Whitworth Street, Princess Street and Charles Street.
