Walton Breck Road will be closed, between Arkles Road and Breck Road from Monday 18 May 2026 for approximately 5 days.

Services 17 and 17A

• From Liverpool will be unaffected.

• From Kirkby, Knowsley Industrial Park, Gale Road (17A) and Aintree University Hospital will be as normal route to Utting Avenue, then via Priory Road, Walton Lane, Everton Valley, then as normal route to Liverpool. (Omits Arkles Lane, Arkles Road and Walton Breck Road).
Alternative bus stop: Utting Avenue, near Pinhurst Avenue and St Domingo Road, near Everton Valley.

Services 68, 68A and 68B

• From Bootle will be unaffected.

• From Aigburth (68) / Broadgreen, Queens Drive, Thomas Drive (68B) will be as normal routes to Priory Road, then via Priory Road, Walton Lane, Spellow Lane, then as normal route to Bootle. (Omits Arkles Lane, Arkles Road, Walton Breck Road and a section of Walton Lane).
Alternative bus stop: Priory Road, near Feltwell Road and Spellow Lane, near Walton Lane.
