Queens Drive will be closed in various phases on Monday 3 August and Monday 10 August 2026, between 0800 and 1615 each day. Due to the type of work involved the closures it will be on a rolling phase basis.

• 61A – will be as normal route to the Rocket then via Broad Green Road, Prescot Rd, then as resume normal route.
Alternative bus stop: Broadgreen interchange, Queens Drive, near Waldgrave Road, stop H and East Prescot Road, near Chatterton Road.
• 61/61A – will be as normal routes to Queens Drive / The Rocket, then via Thingwall Road, Childwall Road, Childwall Fiveways roundabout, Queens Drive, then as normal routes.
Alternative bus stop: Bowring Park Avenue, Queens Drive, stop I and Childwall Abbey Road, near Childwall Park Avenue.

• 81/81A – will be as normal route to The Rocket, then via Broad Green Road, Prescot Road, Green Lane, West Derby Road, Muirhead Avenue, Queens Drive.
Alternative bus stop: Broadgreen interchange, Queens Drive, near Broadgreen Road, stop E and East Prescot Road, near Chatterton Road.
• 81/81A – will be as normal route to The Rocket, Broad Green Road, Prescot Road, Green Lane, West Derby Road, Muirhead Avenue, Queens Drive.
Alternative bus stop: Broadgreen interchange, Queens Drive, near Broadgreen Road, stop E and East Prescot Road, near Chatterton Road.
• 60/81/81A – will be as normal routes to Queens Drive, then via Townsend Avenue, Strawberry Road, Parthenon Drive. Walton Hall Avenue, Queens Drive, then as normal routes.
Alternative bus stop: Queens Drive, opposite Monash Road and Queens Drive, opposite Haggerston Road.
