Hillfoot Avenue will be closed from Speke Hall Road to Woodend Avenue from Monday 16 March 2026 for approximately 4 nights, between 2000 and 0500 each night.

Service 81
• From Bootle Bus Station will operate as normal to Speke Road, then via Woodend Avenue to Western Avenue, then as normal route to Speke (omitting Hillfoot Avenue, Speke Hall Road and Speke Boulevard).
This service will call at Speke Road, near Roskell Road and Western Avenue, near Tarbock Avenue.
• From Speke will operate as normal to Western Avenue, then via Woodend Avenue to Speke Road, then as normal route to Bootle Bus Station (omitting Speke Boulevard, Speke Hall Road and Hillfoot Avenue).
This service will call at Western Avenue, near Bray Road and Speke Road, near Ashton Drive, Stop A.

Service 166
• From Belle Vale will operate as normal to Hillfoot Avenue, then via Woodend Avenue, Speke Boulevard to Speke Road, then as normal route to Belle Vale (omitting a section of Hillfoot Avenue and Speke Hall Road).
This service will call at Hillfoot Avenue, near Woodend Avenue, Stop D and Speke Road, near Speke Hall Avenue.

Speke Hall Road will be closed from Hillfoot Avenue to Speke Boulevard on Friday 20 March 2026, between 2000 and 0500 the next day.

Service 166
• From Belle Vale will operate as normal via Halewood to Hillfoot Avenue, then via Woodend Avenue, Speke Boulevard to Speke Road, then as normal route to Belle Vale (omitting a section of Hillfoot Avenue and Speke Hall Road).
This service will call at Hunts Cross Interchange, Hillfoot Avenue, near Woodend Avenue - Stop D and Speke Road, near Speke Hall Avenue.
