166 Belle Vale Bus Station - Belle Vale Bus Station

Due to ongoing works on Baileys Lane, services 79, 166 and 188 will be on diversion from Friday 17 April 2026 until further notice.

Service 166
• From Belle Vale will operate as normal to Church Road, then via Hollies Road, Wood Road, Leathers Lane, Hillingden Avenue to Halewood Shopping Centre, then as normal route to Belle Vale via Liverpool South Parkway, Garston, Woolton and Gateacre Village (omitting a section of Church Road, Baileys Lane and a section of Leathers Lane).
This service will call at Church Road, near Rectory Road and Halewood Shopping Centre, Stop A.

Arriva services 81, 166 and 188; and service 168 toward Liverpool South Parkway will not serve Speke Hall Road, from Monday 15 June 2026 until further notice.

Service 166

• From Belle Vale will be as normal route to Hillfoot Avenue, then via Woodend Avenue, Speke Boulevard, Speke Road, then as normal service to Belle Vale. (Omits a section of Hillfoot Avenue and Speke Hall Road).
Alternative bus stop: Hunts Cross Interchange, Hillfoot Avenue, near Woodend Avenue, stop D and Speke Road, near Speke Hall Avenue.

Speke Road/Speke Boulevard will be closed, Eastbound between Estuary Boulevard and Evans Road, between 2000 and 0600 each night on Monday 22, Tuesday 23, Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 June 2026.

Service 166

From Belle Vale will travel as normal to Hillfoot Avenue, then via Woodend Avenue, Speke Boulevard to Speke Road, then as normal route to Belle Vale (omitting a section of Hillfoot Avenue and Speke Hall Road).
This service will call at the stops at Hunts Cross Interchange, Hillfoot Avenue, near Woodend Avenue, Stop D; and Speke Road, near Speke Hall Avenue.

Speke Boulevard (Westbound) and Speke Hall Avenue will be closed, between 2000 and 0600 each night from Wednesday 24 June 2026 for 3 nights; and from Wednesday 1 July 2026 for 3 nights.

This service will call at the stops at Hunts Cross Interchange, Hillfoot Avenue, near Woodend Avenue, Stop D; and Speke Road, near Estuary Boulevard.
