Caldway Drive will be closed between Naylors Road and Wood Lane, on Tuesday 4 August 2026, from 0730 to 1700; and from Tuesday 11 August until Friday 14 August 2026, from 0730 to 1700 each day.

Service 79C

From Liverpool will travel as normal to Childwall Valley Road, then via Naylors Road, Wheathill Road, Tarbock Road, Whitefield Lane to Netherley Road, then as normal route to Murdishaw (omitting a section of Childwall Valley Road, Caldway Drive and a section of Netherley Road).
This service will call at the stops on Childwall Valley Road, opposite Runton Road; and Netherley Road, near Whitefield Lane.
From Murdishaw will travel as normal to Netherley Road, then via Whitefield Lane, Tarbock Road, Wheathill Road, Naylors Road to Childwall Valley Road, then as normal route to Liverpool (omitting a section of Netherley Road, Caldway Drive and a section of Childwall Valley Road).
This service will call at the stops on Netherley Road, near Greensbridge Lane; and Childwall Valley Road, near Runton Road.

Service 166

From Belle Vale Bus Station will travel as normal to Childwall Valley Road, then continue via Childwall Valley Road, Caldway Drive to Wood Lane, then as normal route to Belle Vale Bus Station (omitting Garden Lodge Drive and a section of Caldway Drive).
This service will call at the stops on Childwall Valley Road, opposite Runton Road; and Wood Lane, opposite Glebe Hey.

This service will call at the stops on Childwall Valley Road, opposite Runton Road; and Arley Drive.
From Murdishaw will travel as normal to Arley Drive, then via Hough Green Road, Prescot Road,Chapel Lane, Cronton Road, Tarbock Road, Wheathill Road, Naylors Road to Childwall Valley Road, then as normal route to Liverpool (omitting a section of Hough Green Road, Netherley Road and section of Childwall Valley Road).
This service will call at the stops on Arley Drive; and Childwall Valley Road, near Runton Road.
