• From Warrington Interchange will be as normal route to Cronton Road, then via Chapel Lane, Hough Green Road, Netherley Road, Whitefield Lane, Cronton Road, then as normal route to Queen Square Bus Station. (Omits a section of Cronton Road and a section of Tarbock Road).
Alternative bus stop: Cronton Road, near Chapel Lane and Cronton Road, near Bardley Crescent.

• From Queen Square Bus Station will be as normal route to Huyton Hey Road, then via Hall Lane, Wood Lane, Pottery Lane, Greenes Road, Dragon Lane, then as normal route to Halton Hospital. (Omits St Johns Road, Manor Farm Road, Meadow Drive, Tarbock Road, Cronton Road and Windy Arbour Road).
Alternative bus stop: Huyton Bus Station, stand 2 and Whiston Interchange, Cross Lane, near Dragon Lane, stop B.

• From Halton Hospital will be as normal route to Dragon Lane, then via Greenes Road, Pottery Lane, Wood Lane, Hall Lane, Huyton Hey Road, then as normal route to Huyton Bus Station. (Omits Windy Arbour Road, Cronton Road, Tarbock Road, Meadow Drive, Manor Farm Road and St Johns Road).
