• From Liverpool Royal Hospital will operate as normal route to Woolton Road, then via Horrocks Avenue, Speke Road to Church Road, then resume normal route to Speke. (Omits a section of Woolton Road and a section of Church Road).
Alternative bus stops: Liverpool South Parkway, Stand 4 and Church Road, Speke Road.
• From Speke will operate as normal route to Church Road, then via Speke Road, Horrocks Avenue to Woolton Road, then resume normal route to Liverpool Royal Hospital. (Omits a section of Church Road and a section of Woolton Road).
Alternative bus stops: Church Road, St Marys Road and Liverpool South Parkway, Stand 3.

Rose Lane will be closed between Millersdale Road and Dovedale Road on Monday 17 November 2025 for approximately 1 day, between 0930 and 1630.

Alternative bus stops: Allerton Road, Church Road, Stop - B and Brodie Avenue, Lanville Road, Stop - A.
• From Speke, Morrisons will operate as normal route to Brodie Avenue, then via Booker Avenue, Mather Avenue to Allerton Road, then as normal route to Royal Liverpool Hospital (Omits a section of Brodie Avenue, Rathmore Avenue, Rose Lane, Dovedale Road and Queens Drive).
Alternative bus stops: Brodie Avenue, Ravenstone Road and Allerton Road, Penny Lane.

• From Royal Liverpool University Hospital will operate as normal route to Allerton Road, then onto Menlove Avenue, then at the roundabout return via Queens Drive to Allerton Road, then continue via Allerton Road, Mather Avenue to Rose Lane, then continue via Rose Lane and resume normal route to Speke (Morrisons Store). (Omits Allerton Maze, Queens Drive and Dovedale Road).
