From Liverpool will be as normal route to Linacre Lane then via Hawthorne Road then as normal route to Old Roan. (Omits a section of Linacre Lane, Watts Lane, Orrell Road and Church Road).
From Old Roan will be as normal route to Hawthorne Road then continue via Hawthorne Road, Linacre Lane then as normal route to Liverpool. (Omits Church Road, Orrell Lane, Watts Lane and a section of Linacre Lane).

From Aintree University Hospital will be as normal route to Dunnings Bridge Road then via Boundary Road, Sterrix Lane, Gorsey Lane, Sefton Road, Hawthorne Road, Church Road then as normal route to Walton Park/Cavendish Drive. (Omits a section of Church Road).
