Cumber Lane will be closed, between Haslemere and Keats Avenue, from Monday 10 August2026 for approximately 5 days.
Service 99
From Whiston Station will travel as normal to Pennywood Drive, then via Lickers Lane, Windy Arbor Road, Dragon Lane to Cross Lane, then as normal route to Prescot Bus Station (omitting a section of Lickers Lane, Cumber Lane, Milton Avenue, Dragon Drive and a section of Dragon Lane).
This service will call at the stops on Pennywood Drive; and Whiston Interchange, Cross Lane, near Dragon Lane, Stop B.
From Prescot Bus Station will travel as normal to Cross Lane, then via Dragon Lane, Windy Arbor Road, Lickers Lane to Pennywood Drive, then as normal route to Whiston Station (omitting a section of Dragon Lane, Dragon Drive, Milton Avenue, Cumber Lane and a section of Lickers Lane).
This service will call at the stops at Whiston Interchange, Cross Lane, near Dragon Lane, Stop C; and Pennywood Drive.

• From Prescot will be as normal route to Cross Lane, then via Dragon Lane, Windy Arbour Road, Lickers Lane, Pennywood Drive to Whiston Merseyrail Station, Pennywood Drive, Lickers Lane, Windy Arbour Road, Greenes Road, then as normal route to Broadgreen Hospital. (Omits Dragon Drive, a section of Dragon Lane, Stoney Lane, Cumber Lane and a section of Lickers Lane).
Alternative bus stop: Whiston Interchange, Cross Lane, near Dragon Lane, stop C and Lickers Lane, opposite Fisher Avenue.
