From Birkenhead Bus Station, Seacombe Ferry and Heswall will travel as normal to Arrowe Park Road, then via Church Lane, Home Farm Road, Ackers Road to Woodchurch Road, then as normal routes to New Ferry and Liverpool (omitting a section of Woodchurch Road).
These services will call at the stops at Arrowe Park Hospital, Stop C; and Woodchurch Road, opposite Palmwood Close.
