• From Arrowe Park Hospital will be as normal route to Old Wood Road then via Kylemore Drive, Pensby Road, Irby Road, Quarry Road East, then as normal route to Heswall. (Omits a section of Irby Road).
Alternative bus stop: Old Wood Road/Kentmere Drive and Quarry Road East/Tower Road North.

• From Heswall will be as normal route to Quarry Road East then via Irby Road, Pensby Road, Kylemore Drive, Old Wood Road, then as normal route to Arrowe Park Hospital. (Omits a section of Irby Road).
Alternative bus stop: Quarry Road East/opposite Grange Road and Old Wood Road/Kylemore Drive.

• From Liverpool will be as normal route to Irby Road then via Mere Lane, Telegraph Road, then as normal route to Heswall/Barnston. (Omits a section of Irby Road and Quarry Road East).
