Stockbridge Lane will be closed between 08:00 until 17:00 from the junction of Liverpool Road to the junction of Waterpark Drive on Tuesday 21st July 2026 until Friday 24th July 2026, and then again on Monday 27th July 2026 until Saturday 1st August 2026.

Service 12 will operate as normal from Queen Square Bus Station to Princess Drive, then via Liverpool Road, Seth Powell Way to Waterpark Drive and resume normal route to Stockbridge Village Denes Way (omitting Stockbridge Lane).
Alternative stops: Princess Drive, near Page Moss; and Waterpark Drive, opposite Boydell Close.

Service 217 will operate as normal from Tower Hill to Knowsley Lane then via Stockbridge Lane, Seth Powell Way, Liverpool Road to Kingsway, then resume normal route to Huyton Bus Station (omitting a section of Stockbridge Lane, and a section of Liverpool Road).
Alternative stops: Stockbridge Lane, near Hillside Avenue; and Kingsway, near Liverpool Road.

Services 898 / 899 All services to commence and finish at McDonalds, Princess Drive (S44124A), from McDonalds these services will operate as normal around Kirkby and back to Princess Drive then via Finch Lane from Princess Drive, Liverpool Road, (to Page Moss) to Princess Drive and terminate (omitting Terminus Road, and Stockbridge Lane).
