Arriva 898/899 evening services towards Kirkby will be diverted away from serving East Lancashire Road on Tuesday 20th January 2026 for approximately 4 weeks.

From Page Moss will travel as normal to Stonebridge Lane, then continue via Altcross Road, Moss Way, Middle Way, East Lancashire Road, then as normal route to Kirkby (omitting a section of Stonebridge Lane and a section of East Lancashire Road).
Alternative stops: Croxteth Hall Lane near Mace Road and; East Lancashire Road
From Kirkby will travel as normal to Page Moss

Callestock Road and Petherick Road will be closed at the junction of Willow Way from Monday 2 February 2026 for approximately 4 nights, between 1900 and 0600 each night.
