• From Aintree University Hospital will operate as normal route to Croxteth Hall Lane, then via Deysbrook Lane, Melwood Drive to Eaton Road, then continue via Eaton Road and resume normal route to Page Moss (Omits Princess Drive, Yew Tree Lane and Honey's Green Lane).
Alternative bus stops: Oak Lane North, Croxteth Hall Lane and Eaton Road, Honey's Green Lane.

Honey's Green Lane will be closed between Eaton Road and Blackmoor Drive from Monday 17 November 2025 for approximately 2 days, between 0930 and 1430 each day.

• From Page Moss/Broadgreen Hospital will operate as normal route to Brookside Avenue, then via East Prescot Road, Liverpool Road to Princess Drive, then continue via Princess Drive and resume normal route to Aintree University Hospital (Omits a section of East Prescot Road, Eaton Road, Honey’s Green Lane and Yew Tree Lane).
Alternative bus stops: Brookside Avenue, East Prescot Road and Princess Drive, near Yew Tree Lane.
